The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guests name on the booking confirmation. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorisation form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.

Early check in available for an additional AUD 30 only prior to 10:00 (after 10:00 is just subject to room availability).

Late check out is available for an additional AUD 35 until 13:00 (day use rate applies after 13:00).

All requests for late check-out are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before 10:00.

On-site parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
