Novena Palms Motel - Brisbane

Nestled in the heart of Brisbane and just 7 minutes’ drive from Brisbane Airport, Novena Palms Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and is in a convenient location, just an 8-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall and a 12-minute walk from Northgate train station. It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Friday.

Each air-conditioned room has a microwave, refrigerator and teacoffee making facilities.rooms are decorated in neutral colours and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room.

Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am, 7:15am and 8:15 am off only. We do not operate the shuttle service on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. WE DO NOT PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT.

Car storage(guests only) $10.00+gst per day

Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board.
For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
