Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites is 10 minutes’ walk from both the City Botanic Gardens and Queen Street Mall. The Gallery of Modern Art is a 20-minute walk away. Limited parking is available and a reservation is required prior to arrival.

The air-conditioned apartments have well-equipped kitchenettes with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has a separate seating area with a flat-screen TV.

Guests can work out in the well-equipped fitness centre, or enjoy the uninterrupted views of Brisbane from the pool. The barbecue area is the perfect place for a casual meal.
