The 4th bedroomrumpus room includes a double sofa bed and overlooks the trees, lake and golf course. It has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a split system air-conditionerheater. There is access from the living area to an outdoor deck with a small table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. Upstairs there is a large modern kitchen with a built-in pantry, breakfast bar and 4 stools.modern, Westinghouse appliances are included such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a kettle. There is a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils as well as a Breville sandwich maker, BBQ utensils, baking trays, wine glasses and champagne flutes. There is a separate powder room and toilet. The main living area has a wood fireplace and a large split system air-conditioner or heater. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and 2 basins. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and an iPod docking station. The master bedroom has sliding doors that have access to a large balcony with high uninterrupted views of the golf ranch and lake. A complimentary high chair and porta cot is available.
