Karelia Alpine Lodge - Falls Creek

Karelia Alpine Lodge is a Swiss-style ski lodge, just 10 minutes walk from Falls Creeks main Ski Lifts.

Our lodge guests can enjoy an outdoor hot tub, a sauna, lounge room (green room) with an open fireplace, free coffee and tea making facility and a restaurant.

Karelia Alpine Lodge is 15 minutes drive from Wallace’s Hut.

Mt Beauty is 40 minutes drive away. The onsite JB’s Restaurant offers both Australian and European cuisine, including Hungarian goulash, cheese-meat and chocolate fondues, steaks, famous Czech style sirloin roast with bread dumpling and more.
Throughout the week we have “German Night” and “Czech –Bohemian Night”.

All accommodation rooms feature a flat-screen TV (with free-to-air channels), a minibar fridge (not available in the single room and twin share bunk room), bed linen, and a private bathroom with a 14 bathtub shower and a full bathtub in the penthouse. The two-bedroom apartment (outside the lodge property) boasts a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Free WiFi is provided in the apartment and throughout the lodge includingrooms as well in the guests lounge room and JBs Restaurant.

We serve hot breakfasts and also buffet breakfasts from 1st of July till the 30th of August and any other time only a continental buffet-style breakfast is being served.

Other facilities include a ski storage room (locked overnight) and a ski clothing drying room. An array of activities can be enjoyed on-site or in the surroundings, including skiing, cycling and hiking.

In the winter season and a free village shuttle service is available toFalls Creek visitors (not available for arrival and departure transport).

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

Refund of 50% of paid accommodation fees

Full credit for your next stay less $250 administration fees room.
We offer no refund nor accommodation credit if you cancel the accommodation due to required isolation or quarantine. Deluxe Double Room. Providing free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The double room provides a minibar, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor, heating, as well as a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 1 bed. ;
Single Room. This small room includes an en suite bathroom, TV, radio-alarm clock and a single-sized bed, which is 1.75 metres long. This room sleeps one person only. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment. The Brucktal apartment is located three blocks away from Karelia Alpine Lodge and does not have access to the lodge facilities. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, dryer, drying room and ski storage room. There is a large lounge room with a TV, and there is also a balcony. We offer free WiFi access. ;
Quadruple Room with Bathroom. This room has a separate shower and a toilet. ;
Honeymoon Double Room. This room offers romantic Austrian-style décor. It features a minibar, a clock radio, and a wardrobe. The private bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Some rooms offer a balcony. Continental breakfast is provided daily. ;
Deluxe Twin Share Room. Providing free toiletries, this twin room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The twin room provides a minibar, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor, heating and a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Deluxe Single Room. The deluxe single room has a double-sized bed, however the price is based on 1 guest only. ;
Standard Quadruple Room with Bunks. This room has 2 bunk beds and access to shared bathroom facilities. It also includes a TV, wardrobe, central heating and a large chest of 4 draws. ;
Penthouse Room. Located ont he top floor, this suite is made up of 2 interconnecting rooms with 2 en suite bathrooms. The main room has a small refrigerator, radio alarm clock, private balcony and the bathroom has a bath and a shower over a bath. There are TVs in each room. The 2nd room has 2 bunk beds and access to an attic. ;
Standard Twin Shared Bunk Room. The room has a bunk bed, wardrobe, bench, writting table, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with mountain views. ;
Family Interconnecting - Two Rooms. The family room offers two interconnecting rooms with a double bed and three single beds. The room has a TV in each room, ensuite with shower and a balcony with mountain views.linen is supplied including towels. ;
Budget Family Room with Bathroom. The room has one double bed, one bunk bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed. The room facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD, minibar fridge, small table and chairs, one bathroom and wardrobe.
