Gold Coast Holiday Park isin 32-acres of lush sub-tropical gardens on Salt Water Creek. This property features and fantastic Water Park, a resort pool and spa, playground as well as a licensed cafe, an activity center and a range of great activities. There are a variety of accommodation options.

Located in the Theme Park precinct at exit 60 on the Pacific Motorway, the park is about 5 minutes drive from Movie World, WetN Wild, Dreamworld and Outback Spectacular. It is 40 minutes north of Gold Coast Airport.

On-site facilities include a jumping pillow, basketball court, BBQ areas, pedal bikes, and a tour desk forticketing needs. Complimentary WiFi is available at designated hotspots throughout the park.

In addition to the motel rooms, Accommodation options extend beyond motel rooms to include 1- and 2-bedroom family cabins, cottages, and bungalows, as well as premium villas, terraces, and 3-bedroom retreats.

The park is closed on 25 December — no arrivals or departures.

Roadworks are scheduled from February near Riverwalk and between the Games Room and Jumping Pillow. Some noise may occur, mainly in the front area (motel rooms and facilities).

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that dogs staying at Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park must be vaccinated with proof of vaccination required on arrival or be sent to stay@gcpark.com.au prior to arrival. Dogs are required to be on a lead and always accompanied. Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation or sites. Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage or injury caused by the dog is the responsibility of the owner. Dogs are not permitted in the pool areas, inside the Nibbles Cafe and water park areas. Dogs are welcome on the Nibbles Terrace.

Please remember that we love our resident koalas and kangaroos too and we ask you to always respect their habitat by not allowing your dog off leash at any time in the park other than in designated off-leash exercise areas. Failure to comply with our conditions of stay may result in removal of your dog or cancellation of your booking.
Motels
If youre staying in our motel rooms between June and december 2025, there may be some daytime noise disruptions due to nearby works. These are expected to occur between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning any quiet activities outside these hourspossible.
Waterpark
We’ll be carrying out our routine Waterpark Maintenance from June 24th to 26th to keep everything in top shape for your splash-filled fun! Well be open from 12 pm on June 24th and 26th, but please note that the waterpark will be fully closed on June 25th.
All our other facilities will remain open as usual, so there’s still plenty of fun to be had!
Our resort style swimming pool, jumping pillow, spa and other facilities are open as per normal along with extra special action-packed activities schedule to keep youentertained.

Two-Bedroom Villa. Set in a luscious garden, a pathway leads to these stylish villas, which offer spacious living and entertainment areas indoors and out. The open feel of the villa is created by the full-length window frontage, which allows natural light to enter. The spacious villas are fitted with premium cooking facilities and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player. You can relax on the spacious verandah which looks out onto your private tropical oasis . ;
Bungalow. These Bungalows are surrounded by palm trees. The Bungalows feature open-plan living and dining areas, a kitchen, and a TV in the lounge area. You can also sit back and relax on the balcony and enjoy the outdoors. Please note as there are two layouts of the Bungalows, if you have a particular preference, please mention this when booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability ;
Family Cabin. Nestled in gardens, close tothe facilities, the Family Cabins feature a veranda with outdoor furnitureyou can enjoy a meal or a drink. ;
Queen Motel Room. When you want the convenience and comfort of motel-style accommodation in the heart of a holiday park, this is the perfect choice. Our Queen Motel Rooms sleep up to three guests and feature either one queen bed and one single bed, or one king-split bed and one single bed, making them ideal for a short Gold Coast break, a weekend getaway, or business travel. Each room includes free-to-air digital TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the park, relaxing by the pool, or visiting the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of our poolside café, offering a great selection of breakfast and dinner options, along with 24-hour laundry access and DVD hire. Please note that these rooms do not include a kitchen or kitchenette. A microwave and small fridge are provided for your convenience. Pets are not permitted in these rooms. The motel is spread across two levels. The Terrace. These Terrace duplexes include two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet and are close to the pool area. They boast a kitchenette with a dishwasher and open plan dining and lounge. Each is fitted with a large-screen TV. You can also choose to book the entire duplex (2 x Terraces together, upon request via the property). Accessible cabins are also available.
