The luxurious Central Avenue Apartments are ideally situated 150 metres from the Margaret River town centre. Each apartment features a large balcony.
The contemporary self-contained apartments at Central Avenue feature a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living area and a rain shower in a private bathroom.apartments are decorated with original artwork created by local artists.
Central Avenue Apartments are a 10-minute drive from the famous Margaret River wineries, beaches and art galleries. Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is 15 minutes’ drive away.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
Please note thatapartments are situated on the first floor of the building, and can only be accessed by aof 15 stairs.
Guests are advised that reception is located on the ground floor below the apartments and is open from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday for our guests to call in to if they wish.
All our guests self-check-in via a key lock box, instructions for self-check-in are sent via SMS to the mobile phone number on the booking within 72 hours of your arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 3 pm onwards. The hotel will try to accommodate any requests for an early check-in but this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that car parking is in the main car park which can be accessed from Tunbridge Street, just past Charles West Avenue. Each apartment has a lockable garage which will be available for use once keys have been collected. There is also on-street parking available nearby.
