Sailfish Cove Two-Bedroom Standard Apartment (Stair Access Only). These spacious apartments feature a balcony with tranquil water views. Included is a well equipped kitchen, laundry and an open-plan loungedining area. Rooms have a double or queen-size bed and 2 single beds. Please note that the price is based on 4 guests. There is an additional charge per night if any other beds are used (see Hotel Policies). Please note that this apartment is located in the Sailfish Building (next door to Excellsior) and this property does not have an elevatorlift. It is accessible via stairs only. Excellsior One-Bedroom Superior Apartment. These modern, renovated apartments offer a balcony with lovely water views and tend to be on higher levels. The bedroom includes a queen or King size bed with built-in wardrobes, drawers and a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax in the separate lounge area or enjoy a meal in the dining area. There is another flat-screen TV in the lounge. Cable channels, air-con and free WiFi are included. Please note that WiFi coverage is limited in some rooms. ;
Sailfish Cove Two-Bedroom Rooftop Apartment (Stair Access Only). Boasting a balcony with pool and river views, this apartment features a private courtyard. Located next to Excellsior Apartments in Sailfish Cove, these renovated apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator. There is a separate laundry and bathroom. Guests can relax in the open-plan living and dining area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The air-conditioned apartments feature ceiling fans in both bedrooms with ample storage space. Guests have access to a private outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Please note that this property does not have an elevatorlist. It is accessible via stairs only. ;
RIVA - 2 Bed 2 Bath Superior Apartment. These are our roomiest apartments. Featuring extra large open plan living, kitchen and dining opening out onto your private balconywith river views. This apartment is tastefully furnished with, fully equipped kitchen, full-size fridge, separate laundry, 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchenloungedining area. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with separate shower and corner spa tub. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and plenty of storage. Located in our RIVA building next door to Excellsior, each room has private lift access from the basement carpark and ground entrance. Building features include a private outdoor swimming pool and lift. The BBQ and Pizza oven in the Excellsior building may be used. ;
Excellsior One-Bedroom Budget Apartment. This air-conditioned apartment includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. In the well-fitted kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven.
