All air-conditioned cottages offer a fully equipped kitchen and a dining lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. They feature ironing facilities and an outdoor dining area. The en suite bathroom has free toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony, wired Internet or a washing machine.Guests can prepare a meal on their private BBQ.

Ironbark Cottage. This cottage boasts a private backyard and a balcony overlooking Port Phillip Bay and surrounding suburbs. Guests can sit back in their double spa and watch the sun go down or just sit by the gas log fireplace. There is an 1880s antique bed with lace bedding and furnishings. The cottage has rich reds and wood paneling as well as cathedral ceilings. ;
Windsong Cottage. Set on top of a lush green lawn, this single level cottage boasts views of Port Phillip Bay and surrounding suburbs. There is a double spa bath and a private deck. Sit on the deck and have breakfast with the birds of the Yarra Ranges, or spend the day lazing in bed watching the bay. ;
Owls Croft Cottage. This cozy, self-contained cottage is situated at the front of the grounds. It is private and secluded with timber paneling as well as polished floorboards. There is a 4-post canopy bed and you can have a soak in the double spa bath overlooking the views and the gardens with your loved one. Sit on the porch and enjoy a hearty breakfast with the sounds of birds serenading or just simply stay indoors relax on the leather Chesterfield lounge with the warmth from the gas log fireplace having a glass of your favourite wine, reading a great book or watching a good movie. ;
Queen Suite. Situated at the top of the property, Candlewick Suite has stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and surrounding night lights from the comfort of your 4-poster bed. You can enjoy a soak in the 2-person spa bath or watch your favourite movie. There is a gas log fireplace, courtyard garden and a full kitchen. ;
Candlewick Cottage. This cottage has 4 large bedrooms, polished floor boards throughout and there are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is also a country style fully equipped kitchen. A gas log fireplace is also included and the upstairs large living area can seat up to 8 guests with split system air-conditioning and both a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The living area has both garden and bay views. Please note that when booking for 4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms only. When booking for 6 guests, you will have access to 3 bedrooms only and when booking for 8 guests, you will have access to4 bedrooms.
