The reservation name for the booking, the ID and credit card name must match. Accepted IDs are passport and Australian drivers license. No other license are accepted here. Guests who fail to provide adequate identification will not be able to check-in, and no refund will be given.

Any check out after 10:00 constitutes to a late check out and a fee will be charged to the security deposit.
