The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

* If booking more than 1 bed in a dormitory room, the hostel cannot guarantee that guests will be allocated the same room. To avoid having a group split up, book well in advance.

* We cannot guarantee the same room for the duration of your stay, as existing bookings may make this impossible. We try our best to avoid moving guests around, however in order to guarantee this please book well in advance.

* Reception hours are 10am - 3pm. If you will arrive outside of these hours, you will receive check-in instructions via email. Please monitor your email forcommunication from the Hostel.

* No refund policy for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in. Payment made towardsbookings can only be obtained in the form of booking credit for any nights cancelled.

*bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January inclusive are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Credit cannot be issued or used for the period 24th December – 2nd January (inclusive) and a guest must contact the hostel to receive their credit voucher, it will not be issued automatically.
